Have effectively managed NetSuite and Adaptive Insights to minimize downtime or delays in reporting due to system failures/limitations.

Worked with the technology team to ship multiple high-impact products that lead to lasting efficiency gains and experience improvements

Day in the life of a Kasa Financial Systems Manager
A day in the life of a Kasa Financial Systems Manager will include overseeing and managing all financial systems and related initiatives. You will start your day by reviewing all system logs to make sure there were no failures/issues in our daily integrations. After the quick systems audits, to deliver on the role outlined above you will need a thoughtful planning process. As the owner of the enterprise systems, you will need a roadmap for our ERP (NetSuite), our FP&A tool (Adaptive Insights), and all related financial systems.
Next, you’ll lead the team through a brainstorming process for novel solutions to supplement any existing ideas to execute that strategy. Through the planning and subsequent discovery phase, we expect a deep familiarity (bordering on obsession) with understanding the customer’s needs. The customer may be any combination of stakeholders, including internal operators. You will then gather requirements from business partners to inform our roadmap and work with stakeholders to drive value while identifying opportunities for optimization.
Combining data, conversations, and intuition, you will consistently evaluate our current systems and partners to ensure that we are building a scalable enterprise platform that will grow with Kasa.
Throughout your day you might encounter a couple of support requests as it relates to integration or user access or connectivity. They should be small in number, and with your leadership should be mostly eliminated over time.
