Skills

Testing PRIMARY SKILL : Performance Testing – JMeter

Technical Skills:

· Experiences in Large Testing Engagements – in driving / working with clients in Test Maturity Transformation journey, including transition from incumbent

· Managing the delivery – end to end for respective programs

· Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

· Improving Team capability on multiple aspects of Domain, Application and Test Management

· Working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage

· Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles

Process Skills:

· Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects

· Decide on suitable strategies and objectives

· Coordinate cross-project activities

· Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff

· Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities

· Apply change, risk, and resource management

· Assume responsibility for the programs people and vendors

· Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI

· Resolve projects higher scope issues

Behavioral Skills :

· Resolve issues of projects and explore alternate designs

· Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

· Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

· Excellent problem-solving ability
