Required Skills:
15+ years of progressive experience in building and leading teams
Must have experience in managing / delivering projects in Microsoft technologies
Strong delivery management credentials
Over 3 years of experience as the delivery leader/program manager for full lifecycle delivery of programs with globally distributed teams
Over 2 years of lead experience in a direct client facing role (preferably in the US or UK) as part of a consulting/ services organization
Excellent leadership and customer service skills
Must be able to manage and influence senior stakeholders (internal/ client) up to the Director/ VP/ Sr. VP level while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Recent experience managing global service delivery model(s)
