About the Role
We are looking for a Network Operations Manager to take on the following responsibilities:
Estimate itemized costs for parts and labor associated with home modification projects.
Identify, recruit and manage handymen and other service providers to implement home modification projects.
Keep various internal teams apprised of all client requirements and any changes that are necessary to support specific cases and home modification projects.
Some travel is required to visit clients and partners.
About You
The ideal candidate would have the following qualities:
Prior experience in construction cost estimation or construction related sales is a big plus.
You have a sixth sense on how to build and nurture high touch relationships with home service providers.
An outgoing personality and positive attitude coupled with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
