As the Associate Business Manager, You will act as a trusted finance and business partner and advisor to the Cybersecurity and Technology Controls teams in Enterprise Technology with a goal to develop business strategies, drive execution and implementation of business initiatives and priorities. You will help with the coordination and delivery of all required finance and business support.
In order to do this, you will be partnering with numerous other US and global functional support areas as is necessary, including Finance and Business Manager teams across Enterprise Technology.
Job responsibilities
Planning and Reporting- provide timely and accurate financial forecasting and reporting which includes monthly financials, allocations, and headcount analysis and/or production of a variety of financial/management reports
Budgeting and Strategic Planning- Work on the annual budgeting process with stakeholders within Global Technology and Finance
Business Support – Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
Strategic Analytics and Projects – drive critical financial analytics to provide insights for management decision making, partner with other finance and functional teams to lead and support strategic business projects
Work with various financial databases (Essbase, Apptio) to store, retrieve, and compile data for financial & personnel reporting
Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders
Advanced level ability expected in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
Proactive self-starter with tremendous problem solving skills and an analytical/insightful mindset who takes initiative to understand issues and improve end to end process, innovates and goes beyond immediate responsibilities
Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Prior experience in Finance and Business Management supporting technology organizations
Familiarity with business intelligence toolsets (Alteryx, Tableau)
