As an analyst within the CCB Technology Finance & Business Management organization the candidate will support key initiatives to drive strategy, project/program delivery and technology modernization. The product scope is largely focused on modernization of existing Debit technology and creating an exceptional customer experience. Ensuring a proactive, coordinated and innovative delivery approach for our clients and stakeholders is paramount to our success. Debit’s scope of work enables candidates to partner closely with both technology and business groups.

Identifies opportunities for both modernization and process improvements including facilitating implementation of best practices across the organization.
Working knowledge of internal financial reporting systems and managing product financials on a monthly cadence.
Self-reflects on areas of personal growth/development and focuses on continuous upskilling.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
3-5 years of related applicable experience – financial services, business, project management, team leadership and/or technology experience.
Proficient in project management and Agile related tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work groups with strong team management and leadership skills.
Experience driving and resolving issues and managing risk to meet overall project goals and objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability speaking/ presenting to various levels of management in both business and technology.
Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with peers as well as internal/external clients.
Works autonomously – Excellent time management and organization skill with a clear demonstrated ability to multi-task and react in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Demonstrates flexibility, adapts to shifting priorities, embraces ambiguity and navigates through change positively while helping to remove challenges/blockers.
Ability to make subjective and informed decisions based upon known data, consequently influencing stakeholders and justifying decisions made to drive work and teams forward.
Working knowledge of various Agile methodologies, cloud migration, and modernization technology.
Degree or additional relevant experience in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
Prior success leading medium scale agile projects and software development implementations.
Experience working with Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Business, and cross-functional teams in cloud computing or related technical fields.
