As a Credit Risk Underwriter (Vice President) on the CCBSI FIG – Diversified Finance Team, you would be responsible for the credit risk management of a portfolio of NBFIs (Non-Bank Financial Institutions) which operate in the following financial sectors: asset management, private equity, payments, sustainable finance, exchanges, lender finance, and other financial services. You will work in partnership with relationship banking, treasury services, syndications, trading, and other product partners to analyze, structure, risk grade, document, and approve credit exposures. You will be an instrumental member of the Risk Management team that will drive deal documentation negotiations / execution, and is also responsible for the on-going monitoring and risk management of an assigned portfolio of credits. This is a national portfolio of clients, thus travel will be required from time to time.
