Johnson & Johnson Vision (JJV) is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Operational Expense Finance Manager located in Jacksonville, FL or Bridgewater, NJ. This Manager role will provide business decision support, strategic analyses, and financial reporting for Vision Supply Chain Home Office functions and the Vision Supply Chain Quality organization. This is a critical and high visibility role with responsibility to present to management including Supply Chain Finance and business leaders. The role requires a high level of motivation and the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
The position will report to the Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain Financial Planning & Analysis and have 3 direct reports and 1 contractor. This team is part of the WW Financial Planning & Analysis, supporting both Johnson & Johnson Vision businesses: Vision Care and Surgical Vision.
The key roles responsibilities of the for the Vision Supply Chain OpEx Finance Manager position include but are not limited to:
Lead team of 3 direct reports and 1 contractor responsible for the global financial management and consolidation of the Vision Quality and Vision Supply Chain Home Office functions (Plan, Strategy & Deployment, Product Management, Leadership Team budgets, etc.) across multiple Supply Chain manufacturing sites and regional teams.
Responsible for forecasting, accounting, and framing financial results ( approximately ~250MM Expense, ~10MM Capital, ~1k Headcount) to Senior Leadership and providing support to understand risks/opportunities and trend analysis.
Responsible for MedTech and Enterprise level reporting for Quality, Plan, and EH&S functions.
Lead all aspects of financial updates, including Business Planning, Latest Thinking, and Long-Range Strategic Planning, while ensuring accuracy and compliance for quarter close.
Supervise, review, and approve quarter close activities performed by team including preparation of journal entries and variance commentary.
Partner with various Global Finance teams such as Supply Chain, Commercial, Enterprise, etc. as needed for analyses and reporting.
Seek opportunities to continually improve reporting and forecasting processes across multiple MRCs/Legal Entities and ERPs.
Ensure robust financial control environment that complies with all internal and external regulations
Provide indirect leadership throughout the J&J Vision finance team resulting in strong inclusion and engagement
Support adhoc requests as needed
Qualifications
A minimum amount of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
An MBA degree or financial certifications (i.e. CPA, CMA, etc.) are preferred
A minimum of 5 years of finance, accounting or related business experience is required
This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, communication skills, and proven leadership capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization and influence outcomes is required
This position is located in Jacksonville, FL or Bridgewater, NJ
This position may require up to 5% travel
