Job Description:
As the Digital & Social Media Manager, you will support the development, implementation, and coordination of social media strategies to support the business objectives for the corporate brand. You will also support the overall strategy, structure, experience, and content development for the J&J MedTech website. You will help to develop the editorial strategy, creative approach, channel mix, and paid strategy for the global JJMT social channels. You’ll collaborate closely with our regional and franchise teams to champion alignment and brand representation on our channels. With multiple business units (e.g., Ethicon, DePuy Synthes) within JJMT having a global social presence, it will be key to ensure connectivity across the ecosystem. Representing the JJMT brand to online communities, including media, customers, patients, and the general population at large, this position will report to the Senior Manager, Global JJMT Digital and Social Media and will be highly visible. You will work in close collaboration with multiple team members across platforms, functions, and geographies, including JJMT leadership. This role will have c-suite visibility and include social educational trainings, quarterly result readouts, etc. in partnership with the Global Social team.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $93,000 to $139,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
