Job Details
Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet these criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related discipline required
Minimum five (5) years recruiting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of five (5) years’ leadership/management experience
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Extensive and expert knowledge of all employment-related state and federal regulations
Requirements:
Ability to influence effectively without direct management authority
Ability to articulate clearly both orally and in writing
Effective time management and organization
Strong follow-up and communication skills
Proactive and solution-oriented, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically
Ability to work independently yet seamlessly integrate activities with other teams when needed
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes in priorities, work demands, roles, and responsibilities
Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
