Job Details
Working closely with our parent finance group in Italy, this person will be responsible of the finance and accounting activities of the company.
The role will provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, analyzing and ing appropriate data points. They will also help develop and support short-and long-term operational strategies.
Responsibilities include management of the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the US market to ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
Ten or more years of professional accounting experience
Strong understanding of banking processes and financial data analysis
Five or more years of experience as a senior level accounting or finance manager
Working knowledge of national and local tax regulations and compliance ing
Proficiency with Excel, QuickBooks Desktop. SAP experience is a strong plus
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Budget and Forecasting
Cash flow projection and management
Account reconciliation
Review and close of monthly financial statements
Regulatory compliance
A good understanding of inventory movement
Equipment billing
Ability to calculate and analyze the product gross margin
Entry and timely payment of vendor invoices
ADP Semi-monthly payroll ing
Human Resource coordination
Assist parts and service departments in their invoices, as needed
