We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and experienced Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing restaurant brands, a knack for copywriting, and a deep understanding of both casual dining and off-premise dining experiences.
This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, project management skills, and a passion for building unique and memorable brands.
The Sr. Brand Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will play a key role in driving the overall brand strategy and execution.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to build our brand, drive customer engagement and boost sales.
2. Manage all aspects of the brand including market research, competitor analysis, customer segmentation, product development, and marketing campaigns.
3. Lead the development of creative marketing content and copy, both manually and using AI tools, to ensure our brand message is consistent across all channels.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and operations to ensure brand consistency and meet marketing objectives.
5. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and events.
6. Keep abreast of emerging trends in restaurant branding and marketing, and incorporate new strategies and tactics into our brand marketing plan.
7. Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across the organization.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with progressive responsibilities.
3. Proven experience managing restaurant brands and familiarity with the casual dining market.
4. Experience with both first and third party off-premise dining experiences.
5. Strong copywriting skills, both manual and AI-generated.
6. Solid knowledge of market research and data analysis methods.
7. Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
8. Budget-management skills and proficiency.
9. Professional judgement and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field.
10. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
