Marketing and Event Coordinator

As Marketing and Event Coordinator, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Learn to administer day-to-day marketing operations
• Create, implement, execute and analyze marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage marketing communications campaigns for clients and prospects
• Increase brand awareness and engagement
• Develop, coordinate and facilitate email marketing campaigns, webinars, radio and TV commercials, website content and social media handles
• Ensure marketing projects/initiatives remain on schedule and on-budget
• Spearhead lead development processes
• Plan and coordinate events
• Set meetings/appointments for the financial advisory team
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Ensure brand consistency and integrity in all marketing communications
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

Up to $36.00 per hour plus bonus and full benefits

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 5 years of Marketing experience
• Event Planning / Event Coordination experience
• Project Coordination experience
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Products (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
