We need someone who can be a junior HR person but isn’t green. A generalist of sorts – not wanting to do only one facet of HR. There will be an opportunity to work across all aspect of the Employment Life Cycle and interface with all levels of the organization. There will be ongoing, daily duties like the list below with a heavy emphasis on talent acquisition. Any potential candidate will need to be willing to jump in and be flexible and willing to learn and be a part of a dynamic team to continue to build the HR function while handling the day-to-day.
