The Manager of Commercial Finance and FP&A is a proactive financial leader and business partner for the Sales & Marketing organization of our ~$600 MM global business unit of Huber Advanced Materials (HAM)
Aligned with direct and functional leadership, this position supports the development of HAM’s sales, marketing and product strategy, acts as the business partner for the VP, Commercial & Marketing and provides finance support to the VP, Global Innovations and their respective organizations. The position has managerial responsibility for one direct report and will provide functional leadership to other business finance resources.
Primary responsibility is to manage and support the financial performance of the commercial organization, including pricing decisions, customer negotiations, commercial planning and forecasting process. The position provides financial insights and decision support for the commercial leadership team, ensures a sound internal control environment, develops and maintains collaborative partnerships with peers and leaders across the globe.
Additionally, the position oversees the FP&A function of the business unit, leads the monthly closing for forecast process, identifies performance deviations and challenges operating plans and forecasts. The position is also involved in development of global standard policies and procedures, facilitating best practices sharing across organizations, functions and regions, and building a strong network among the finance team within HAM, HEM and Huber organization.
