J&K Law Looking for Office and Client Relations Manager at New York, NY Full Time

POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

J&K Law is hiring an Office and Client Relations Manager to its team. We are a small boutique immigration firm located in downtown Manhattan.

Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative:
1. Manage attorney calendars for all consults, meetings and appearances,
2. Create client files on Google platform and input client data in lollylaw management software
3. Assure firm remains paperless at all times by reviewing and scanning mail, and scanning all files as needed

Communications:
1. Be the first level of communication with all new clients
2. Handle all client correspondence for existing and new clients while managing client expectations

Financial/Billing:
1. Prepare all representation agreements and invoices
2. Manage law firm billing practices and assure all billing is up to date using quickbooks online platform.

Qualifications

2+ Years in office management or other relevant experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in lollylaw, googlesuites, and quickbooks
Spanish fluency preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
