Full Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level bookkeeper to join our administrative team, based in Houston, TX. Our ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and be available to work five days (40 Hours) a week.

Responsibilities

• · Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

· Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepancies

· Maintain confidentiality of all financial data

· Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards

Qualifications

• · High School Diploma required; some College preferred

· Ability to work independently on assigned duties

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Office applications, including Excel and Spreadsheets

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts: Monday – Friday

Compensation is $10.00 – $13.00/hour depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
