About the Role
As an Account Director, you will lead a client portfolio, ensuring you and the client team strive for excellence on behalf of your clients at all times, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, client retention, and growth. In short, we design and develop their global websites and then partner to make optimizations/enhancements ongoing. We partner with their marketing managers and internal IT team, who maintains and monitors the sites. We do anything that’s a new build or larger request. This relationship involves MANY client stakeholders globally, and this role acts as a connection point between several teams (including internal client teams) as projects are identified, developed, and deployed.
