MINIMUM Qualifications: Experience performing Overhead Rate audits and reviewing labor rates Construction Project life cycle knowledge/ Experience: planning and preconstruction; construction; and project closeout Ability to identify project financial controls, policies/procedures and test for effectiveness Experience with payment application and change order process. Establishing proper controls and procedures for a variety of key processes. Knowledge of/experience with: Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Audit, Prevailing wage Auditing, Plus/Plus Auditing.
