Bridge the gap between design and engineering, supporting development through effective use of content creation tools and pipelines.Work hands on in Unreal Engine to prototype, create and iterate on a wide range of gameplay features and systems.Collaborate with engineers to identify and implement improvements to game and level design pipelines and processes.Work with the rest of the design team to establish, champion and apply best practices and guidelines for level and game design.Provide feedback, mentoring and coaching for other technical designers.Take ownership of large features and systems and work closely with all other relevant disciplines to drive them forward to delivery.
