Client is looking for a Digital Strategy Manager to help drive digital sales and service transformation in its Wireless Business. You will report to Senior Manager, Digital Onboarding and Strategic Programs and work with a cross functional team across the company to execute on a three year roadmap of customer and prospect growth strategies and self service strategies. You must be an action oriented, results driven professional with a history of achievement operating in a fast paced environment.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
- Experience with developing digital sales and service growth strategy and transformation
- Ability to synthesis information and data from disparate sources
- Develop frameworks for problem solving and prioritizing
- Strong program and project management skills
- Strong Google slides experience building visually appealing slides
- Strong Google sheets experience manipulating data and building models/ analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across functional team
JOB DUTIES:
- Facilitate calls and track follow ups with key stakeholders (pricing, promo, demand gen, digital marketing, CRM/pega, sales & service, operations, policy) on digital strategy deliverables
- Summarize complex ideas into succinct easy to understand headlines and storylines
- Create visually appealing and easy to understand executive level slides and presentations
- Manage shared folders and documentation
- Manage meeting cadence and partner with executive assistants to schedule
- Organize and facilitate working sessions and executive readouts
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour
