From truck scales, train scales, tension meters, forklift truck scales, cable line tension meters, and software solutions, to medical counting solutions, our ranges meet the needs of small independent companies and large multi-nation businesses. Provision of added value analysis and business partnering support to the Avery Weigh-Tronix US Management team. + Lead the US bi-weekly financial forecasting and annual budget process + Development of meaningful business KPI’s and management reporting information. + Communication and explanation of actual and forecast business performance + Involvement in the development of the Avery Weigh-Tronix long-term strategic plan + Preparation of capital investment appraisals and CBA’s for new product launches. + Tracking and reporting of organic growth initiatives, strategic sourcing, and efficiency improvement projects + Product margin analysis and review of product pricing strategies + Working capital management to include monitoring, forecasting, and calculation of quarterly inventory provisions + Review and simplification of existing inventory and costing procedures Degree educated. Ideally with an accounting background but not necessarily CPA qualified. Prior experience within either a management accounting or business partnering role. Experience within a manufacturing environment would be desirable but is not essential.
