Building and maintaining the Aprimo Platform in support of the Chief Digital Offices’ needs, to increase speed to market, ease of use, and risk mitigation of compliance and process.
Development of new workflows as needed and managing the existing workflow. Including templates (data collection & mapping), tasks, business rules, customization of extended attributes, email notifications, and other Aprimo application system configurations.
Configuration of user’s domain rights, roles, user groups, and definition security privileges as needed
Lead discovery sessions, value realization sessions, architectural review & optimization, project statusmeetings and defect review meetings.
Prepare and manage Unit, UAT, and Production Testing and validation per business requirements.
Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and workprocesses and investigating problem areas ad-hoc.
Leverage Aprimo enhancements to solve configuration and organizational challenges creatively.
Focus on increasing the usability and efficiency of existing processes.
Manage all support requests for the assigned business unit, including developing user guides, training,issue resolution, license management, etc.
Working as part of the broader Aprimo team for ongoing support.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Three to Five years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality technology products/services in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly and provide service excellence to group(s) being supported
Ability to identify strategic opportunities for future state needs of the tool
2 – 4 years of Aprimo, or MS Dynamics, or Workfront experience preferred
Or 2 – 4 years of experience in DAM platform
2+ years operating and improving pipeline tools (eg. Jenkins, GitLab)
