OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the VP of FP&A for the INW Manufacturing Network will be responsible for the reporting and analysis activities for the business with responsibility for key stakeholder reporting. This role will develop trust and value among the leadership, to help inform the underpinnings of business strategy and drive desired outcomes. This role will be based out of INW Headquarters located in Farmington, UT.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provides critical financial analytics, interpretation, and insight into the financial performance
of the business segment and product lines on an historical and forward-looking basis. The
role of this position goes beyond financial reporting and analysis with the expectation of
providing ideas and solutions to drive business performance.
· Actively participates and provides leadership in the development of business strategies and
plans, and their execution; this position is expected to play a significant business leadership
role beyond financial planning and analysis.
· Conduct analysis and make data-driven recommendations to drive revenue, growth, and overall financial strategy.
· Develop, implement, and maintain an effective planning and analysis capability that will function as the internal financial consultant to the business.
· Plan, coordinate, lead weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting & analytics,
communicating opportunities, risks and performance issues to business segment leadership.
· Prepares and communicates analyses of business performance for business segment team
members as well as corporate executive level teams.
· Drive FP&A processes and develop / implement increasingly sophisticated analytical tools
that enable business decision-making based on timely and accurate financial information,
core analytics encompass revenue, income (EBITDA) and cash flow measurements.
· Operational and strategic decision making around inventory management, costing and optimization.
· Drive accountability by collaborating with the CFO and Controller to ensure financial performance reports built on key business metrics and present them to internal and external stakeholders while thoughtfully providing education on their importance.

REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar modality; MBA/CPA candidate preferred but not required
· 5+ years of finance experience with progressive responsibility leading the FP&A function
· Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
· Private Equity portfolio company experience preferred but not required
· Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, large data sets)
· Ability to learn computer systems and financial models quickly and efficiently
· Experience with various ERP systems
