Investors Title Insurance Company has an exciting opportunity in our Accounting Department for a SEC & Statutory Reporting Manager. The primary objective of this role is to assist in the preparation and review of SEC and statutory financial reports and required disclosures. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have a four-year accounting degree, with CPA designation, and proficiency in general ledger and financial reporting systems with excellent communication skills.

Position Highlights:
Preparation of sections of 10-Q and 10-K filings, quarterly claims analysis, and investment schedules.
Review of sections of 10-Q and 10-K filings, statutory filings, disclosure checklists, Black Scholes calculations, weighted average and basic and diluted earnings per share calculations, reconciliations between the general ledger and SEC filings, and auditor deliverable letters.
Assist with the Company’s preparation of iXBRL formatted filings with the SEC, reviewing year-end statutory audited financial statements and researching new accounting standards, and documentation of narratives for key financial processes identified for compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
Assist with the preparation & review of Federal and State income taxes, external auditors, insurance examinations, and with special projects and management reports as needed.
Manages the Quarterly Sub-Certification Letter process.
