Administrative Assistant – Risk Management Team

Investors Title Insurance Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our growing team! As the Risk Management Administrative Assistant, you will support both our risk management and audit departments by performing administrative duties related to provider approval and renewal processes and by ensuring that department processes are on schedule, follow-up is tracked, and results are monitored and reported.

Responsibilities:
Track pending approvals, renewals, audits, setting tasks and sending follow-up requests as necessary.
Monitor email inboxes to ensure audits and provider management processes are on schedule.
Running provider salesforce reporting to oversee E&O expirations and credit checks, ensure data consistency, and track deadlines.
Schedule audits for issuing agent and providers.
Prepare audit files to include preparation of folders for new audits, pulling standard reports, preparing the administrative section of the audit program, etc.
Review provider escrow information and determine if escalation is necessary and evaluate/suggest refinements to department processes.
Prepare monthly or quarterly reporting.
Perform special projects as requested by management.
Qualifications:
Administrative experience 5
years
Effective time, self-management skills, and strong writing skills
The ability to effectively interact with coworkers, attorneys, insureds, and the public in a professional manner with firm, but diplomatic communication skills.
Strong Computer Skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and closing software programs are a plus)
