investcorp Looking for Accounts Receivable Payable Specialist at Colorado Springs, CO Full Time

  • Summary We are seeking a self-motivated, high energy Accounting Specialist.
  • Position responsibilities include Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to support the Accounting & Finance Shared Services Team. This is a position for accounting professionals who would love a part-time, virtual position that would be done remotely from their comfort zone?
  • The ideal candidate for this position will be able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple client needs, while maintaining an average level of accounting services and professionalism.
  • This is a 15-20 hours per week remote and part time position, your availability can be scheduled any hours by communicating with your manager regarding your established schedule and desired hours and any potential capacity issues,.
  • This position is intended to be very flexible and evening or weekend work will be considered.
  • Key Responsibilities Ideal candidate will be responsible for payment processing of vendor invoices processed by third parties and the reconciliation of both AR and AP aging reports Responsible for the collection activities including preparing invoices, recording transactions, sending follow-up inquiries, and data entry To assist in staying current.
  • Salary Weekly pay will be at the rate of $400.00 every Friday each week plus end of the monthly bonuses of $600 which will bring the overall monthly earnings to $2,200.
  • The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Evening and/or weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines.
