To respect your time and interest, our interview process is a series of three conversations:

• 60-minute 1:1 video interview with Evelina Piorunek, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• 30-minute 1:1 video interview with Ginger Eklund, Director of Project Management
• 30-minute 1:1 video interview with Jorgen Bach, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

On any given day, you’ll be leading and executing the accounting process for DynamicWeb’s portfolio of clients in order to ensure that all processes and procedures are documented and maintained. You’ll help guide best practice policies, procedures, and processes throughout the accounting life cycle.

Now, your first priority will be to begin building meaningful relationships with DynamicWeb’s team, clients, and partners. After all, this role is about more than just precision and accuracy. It’s about truly supporting each other.

Of course, you’ll be preparing reports and interpreting data, but perhaps what’s most important is that you’ll use this information to thoughtfully communicate expectations and project status. Providing a superior experience to everyone you meet is paramount.

Every so often, you’ll likely be assisting with the monthly close process, administrative functions, and special projects as needed from Evelina. The ideal candidate will also keep a long-term view in mind as they look for ways to continuously improve and automate processes.

Qualifications And Experience

Experience that’s required (and really important to have):

• Completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a real-world experience equivalent
• 3+ years of proven success in full-lifecycle accounting
• 2+ years of experience with Quickbooks
• 1+ years of experience with modern tools such as Expensify and Smartsheet
• 1+ years of C-Level administrative support
• Proficiency in Excel
• Independently manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP)
• Mastery of common accounting tasks such as credits, disputes, wires, et al.
• Ability to navigate PowerBI and SSRS
• Proven success in an environment that requires precision, accuracy, and attention to detail
• High marks and praise from previous employers, clients, and partners
• Savvy communicator in fast-paced and stressful environments
• Naturally curious and drawn toward continuous improvement
• Known to be highly available, dependable, and attentive to others

Wildly impressive folks will also have experience with:

• Partnering with various C-Level executives
• Project management cloud-based platforms like Teamwork
• Project-based environments that operate with billable time and tools like 7pace
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Pivot Tables
• Various accounting stacks and/or data tools
