International Control Services Hiring for Finance Manager Job at Decatur, IL Full Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Analyze financial information and prepare reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability or other financial activities within the organization.

· Prepare, examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

· Plan, direct or coordinate activities of subordinates in the accounting department.

· Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.

· Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

• Develop, implement, modify and document recordkeeping and accounting systems making use of current computer technology.

· Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.

· Complete required employee evaluations for subordinates in a timely manner in order to communicate successes, job-skill deficiencies and expectations necessary for employment and advancement within the company.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Understand customer communication and dynamics with a strong sense of urgency to meet their needs.
• High level of computer knowledge/experience using Microsoft Windows format to be able to adapt to other programs used for this position.
• Strong leadership skills

· Ability to work required overtime to support manufacturing needs and requests from our customers.

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand and/or sit for long periods of time.

Education & Experience: Bachelor degree in accounting (four year college or university) or a CPA certificate with three to seven years of related experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
