Responsibilities include: process analysis/design and implementation, plan and budgeting as part of plan of record (POR), coordinate group activities and cross-functional teams, meetings, and build a partnership with legal, finance, sourcing, and human resources for marketing initiatives. May be called upon to develop presentations, tracking and analyzing group indicators.
To complement our existing team, we are looking for someone who seeks challenges and is enthusiastic about finding efficient solutions to operational issues. In this role you will collaborate and partner with other Global Marketing Organization (GMO) and Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) operations managers on various projects, monitor budgets and spending, solve complex problems, make diving catches, and play an active role in hiring-related activities. In this role the Operations program manager will drive varied strategies and monitors initiatives and indicators across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and overseeing programs that span multiple areas and projects.
