We are seeking and exceptional Director of FP&A to join our exciting robust corporate team. The Director of FP&A will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation, and business strategic analysis for the financial organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Director of FP&A conducts financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting efforts to ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Executive staff and the Board of Directors. This role is responsible for creating and reviews analysis results, partnering with the accounting department to understand business variances and create accurate predictions of financial performance, as well as develop insightful suggestions that leads strategic business decisions.

What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, 7+ years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, consulting, and/or corporate finance, excel mastery and proven experience in building strong financial models requires, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and extremely strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.

• Preference is for individuals willing to work from or relocate to the Las Vegas HQ or Moonachie, NJ location.
• Occasional travel to locations throughout the U.S. and UK may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $185,000.00 per year
