Job Description
As an Operations Finance Specialist, your role encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities. You’ll review weekly meals reports against the POS system, ensuring accurate and timely billing to clients. Additionally, you’ll conduct a meticulous monthly review of all vendor statements to account for any unaccounted-for AP invoices. Analyzing meal trends, hourly labor schedules, and Food Cost Per Meal, you’ll collaborate with the local team to recommend areas for improvement. Your duties extend to identifying and rectifying internal control weaknesses at service-level operations. Furthermore, you’ll assist location management and the corporate accounting department during financial reconciliation and analysis, especially during month-end close processes. Consolidating and analyzing weekly, monthly, and annual reports, as well as adjusting monthly forecasts, are integral aspects of your role. Lastly, in this role you’ll handle ad hoc requests and research from RDM and RFD.

Skills and Requirements
– 3-5 years’ experience of accounting and financial analysis
o Need to have experience in auditing, billing, general accounting background, forecasting, accounts payable and accounts receivable
– Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance N/A null
