JOB DESCRIPTION

A national luxury homebuilder is looking to hire a Architectural Marketing Specialist to their growing Marketing Operations department. The Architectural Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the accurate and on-time creation of architectural marketing assets, by third party vendors, for assigned divisions. This includes overseeing and planning the production of floor plans, used by our customers and internal teams, to sell our homes, for the following finished deliverables: Printed Brochure Floor Plan Inserts, Master Floor Plans, Option Details, Design Your Own Home Interactive Floor Plans and Virtual Rendered Tours. The specialist will provide technical support and guidance to third party vendors and will use a specialized skillset and advanced knowledge of architecture to perform quality assurance reviews, identifying issues and using independent judgement to provide input when changes are needed. This role will also update documentation and track projects using multiple internal systems to fulfill deadline requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma
• 2-3 years of professional experience within design, marketing or architectural field
• 2-3 years AutoCAD experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Skilled at maintaining a high attention to detail
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Detail oriented: organized, efficient and manages details from a variety of sources
• Ability to manage and follow up on outstanding items to insure on time delivery
