Dedicated Community Association Manager

Job Description :
The RowCal Dedicated Community Association Manager is responsible for the overall management and oversight of a large-scale, master planned community association .
At RowCal, the Dedicated Community Association Manager is not tasked with all the coordination and execution of all services needed by the community but will act as a liaison between the association Board of Directors, RowCal’s supporting divisions, and third-party ancillary service providers.
The Dedicated Community Association Manager may work remotely from time to time but must be in the office 3 days per work week.
The Dedicated Community Manager is to be knowledgeable on all association matters and will attend monthly board meetings held in person.
They will complete routine site inspections and have accompanying reporting with the inspection findings. The Dedicated Community Manager is also required to occasionally, and as requested, attend meetings with the ACC Committee.
The Manager should be available to the Board of Directors and Committee members via phone, email, or in-person.
The Dedicated Community Association Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring effective management for all association business as well as client (Board & homeowner) satisfaction.
Community Association Managers are required to stay reasonably up to date with industry-specific state and local laws and regulations.
RowCal fully sponsors all industry events and industry specific training.
In this role, the Dedicated Community Association Manager will report directly to the local market Director of Community Management.
The local market Director must approve all vacation / PTO requests and expense reimbursements through our payment software.
