Inner Image Aesthetic Medicine Looking for Practice Manager at Mill Valley, CA Full Time

Our busy aesthetic medicine practice in Mill Valley is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Practice Manager. This is a salaried full-time position.
Successful candidates will have at least eight years management experience including:

• managing operations
• team leadership and personnel development
• mastery of internal controls and compliance
• continuous improvement of process flows
• quantitative analysis of operational and financial results
• alignment and improvement of complex information systems with business processes
• marketing and the creation of branding and promotional campaigns
• the continual quest for excellence in customer service.

Ideally, candidates will have knowledge of medical practice operations and aesthetic treatments, but don’t be afraid to tell us how your previous corporate or small business experience can translate successfully. Our practice philosophy is The Art Of Beauty

Education and Other Requirements: College graduate

• 8 years of management experience
• Strong background in enterprise level business application software, ideally NexTech, DermPro, TouchMD or similar medical practice system
• Proficiency in all basic IT and office equipment (MS Office, copiers, laptops, etc.)

Practice Hours: M-F 9:00-6:00 Manager’s hours are subject to business needs, office hours, patient schedules, and project timelines.Compensation and Benefits: The firm offers competitive compensation depending on years of experience and agreed upon hours. Medical benefits are available to employees working 40 hours per week. Pay: $98,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
