Designation : Technical Help Desk- & SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Experience : 10 TO 15 YEARS

Immplement : BCT

Salary on Full time: 100K

• At Natick, MA least 1-4 years in technical voice support – Help Desk/Service Desk/ Tech support environment desirable or similar profile from an International voice process.

• Experience in handling Technical support helpdesk ( Understanding of Laptops, Printers, VPN, CCTV Cameras, etc.). Generic knowledge of hardware and software

• Respond quickly to all queries and incidents coming in as Phone calls, E Mails * Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

• Ability to apply logical thinking to provide solutions to problems

• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution * Understanding of CCTV, devices, Network, WIFI and VOIP
