- Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Prior experience with managing cost to serve or customer profitability models a plus
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Heavy experience with SQL and access data bases and Excel/VB
- Good understanding of financial and accounting concepts in order to liaison with business and technology functions
- Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
- 5-8 years of project management and related experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
