The Account Manager responds to client inquiries, both technical and non-technical, general accounting and tax, and inDinero/QBO account related. The Account Manager’s functions include coordinating communication between client and Pod members as needed, following up on any client-related issues, tax deadlines or special projects requested by Pod members (technical and non-technical) and driving the client communication process in general. This role is crucial to InDinero’s success as it helps set the foundation of the inDinero early-stage client experience. Along with other team members, the Account Manager actively owns the relationships of their assigned clients.
