Our Trust & Safety team is focused on improving the quality of Indeed search results and being an advocate for the Job Seeker. As a Manager within Trust & Safety Operations, you will be expected to support cross-functional and global project work for our organization while also growing the skills and professional development of the team. You will combine your project management skills and analytical nature to work and oversee a multi-disciplinary team of project managers and operations analysts. You and your team will work closely with stakeholders and our Leadership team to manage projects of varying complexity and scope.
Through your leadership, your team will innovate on current processes and work with other teams to develop new tools and methods for multiple workflow improvements. You will help build out, drive, and analyze metrics and reporting around these processes. You will need to know the right questions to ask to help prioritize projects across the organization based on impact data. You have experience developing, communicating, and implementing large-scale changes, updates, and initiatives to a wide variety of teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead a growing global team of project managers and operations analysts with diverse responsibilities
Establish goals to drive team-wide results, determine what is important, clarify next steps and delegate effectively to meet expectations
Use data analysis to inform your decisions and the direction of your team on a daily basis
Develop and implement new processes to ensure Trust & Safety is functioning as efficiently as possible
Work in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders like the Trust & Safety Leadership team, Product, Engineering, Client Success, and other teams across Indeed
Manage the hiring process for your team by identifying skill gaps, needed headcount additions, and leading an interview panel
Create career paths and development plans for highly motivated project managers and operations analysts
Participate in organizational planning and development of future team structure
Partner with Leadership to help support key initiatives, projects and goals
Work with the PMO to establish consistency with best practices across Indeed
Who You Are
Requirements
3+ years experience in a similar role
2+ years experience leading a team and supporting direct reports
Experience creating career pathing and scoping out development plans
Experience with project management and comfort with Agile practices and artifacts
Experience in analysis of processes, metrics, workflows and operations
Experience documenting business process flows
Effective communication, leadership, and time management skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Extremely flexible, willing to scope out and take on new tasks
Must be organized, positive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
High level of curiosity and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment – sometimes daily changes
Capability to validate and explain trends and results compared to outlined metrics
An eye for finding places for improvement
Patience and understanding of different types of learning

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
