As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Platformization you will be leading a program critical to Indeed’s international business growth and one of the main areas of focus for the International Business Unit. Our goal is to be able to customize our product ecosystem to better serve the needs of international users by leveraging an infrastructure that allows easy, no-code configurability. This is part of a company wide program to evolve our infrastructure. You will be responsible for leading the efforts of the International Business Unit related to this, driving alignment with other business units across the company and helping coordinate the execution of key initiatives. You will be responsible for setting up the foundations of a PMO program dedicated to platformization and growing the team dedicated to its execution.
Indeed Senior Technical Program Managers effectively deliver business results by championing a culture of accountability and consistent application of project & program management practices. They are facilitators and motivators, working across departments and offices to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, and successful delivery of programs and projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and be accountable for a portfolio of work that furthers strategic company objectives.
Drive strategic alignment across business units to help achieve company-wide goals.
Partner and interact with senior leadership across Indeed to achieve objectives and own business outcomes.
Demonstrate mastery of program strategy and execution within the business domain.
Provide recommendations on complex program dependencies that could affect the success of other initiatives. Be critical of established processes and suggest relevant improvements.
Provide analysis and thought leadership on issues critical to the success of the business’s strategic goals.
Lead and grow a team of project and program managers.
Who You Are
8+ years experience working with software developers and/or product managers as a technical project / program manager at a technology company
3+ years of experience hiring, coaching and developing project/program managers
Highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; able to thrive within ambiguity.
Familiar with organizational maturity and related transformation.
Proven experience with prioritization frameworks and matching skills to the right work.
Comfortable talking about technical matters with business people and business matters with technical people.
Proven ability to manage key customer relationships (directors and above) and conflict resolution.
Demonstrated experience influencing senior management and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives.
Experience supporting global products and product internationalization is a plus.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees.
