This role will play an out-sized part in helping change the way Indeed approaches internal hiring and help us create an even more diverse and inclusive environment within the Job Seeker GM. You will help us implement and update processes, tools, and partnerships across Indeed to not only incrementally improve the status quo – but you will also be empowered to create new and interesting solutions we haven’t even thought of yet. You will partner with a high performing team of Operations managers and work to transform the way our business operates. You will help guide the strategy needed to scale this business over the next five years, ensuring that we are getting the most out of our talent, investments and people. That will require you to ensure we are organized, resourced and operating effectively.

The opportunity
This is a remote based role. In this role you will help scale the Job Seeker organization by accelerating its hiring. You will be responsible for concepting, launching and driving hiring initiatives, managing relationships with Talent Acquisition and the business, as well as understanding hiring data and identifying actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
Develop hiring strategy and operationalize internal initiatives to enable Job Seeker to achieve its hiring needs.
Create structure for ambiguous, high visibility problems
Manage GM-wide projects and initiatives (e.g., talent operations, inclusion and belonging initiatives)
Provide thought partnership, guidance and accountability for projects you don’t manage
Identify areas for improvement, efficiency and implementation of best practices
Support leaders at all levels helping them be more effective
Make connections and build relationships between cross functional stakeholders to further strategic goals
Work closely with Indeed business partners to ensure we are bringing all our resources and knowledge to bear
Lead educational efforts to keep the fast growing organization up-to-date on the hiring process.
Use data to influence stakeholders to define and adopt appropriate processes and goals to achieve business unit objectives.
Who You Are
Requirements:
Ability to drive business outcomes by creating and leading complex cross-functional initiatives consisting of multiple workstreams.
Can ruthlessly prioritize critical initiatives across the business
Experience launching and managing initiatives to scale organizational processes, preferably in the hiring space.
8-10 years of work experience in Operations Management, Program or Strategy.
Excellent business partnering skills and experience in communicating with senior leaders across various functions.
Positive mindset and flexible attitude with the willingness to develop skills and expertise.
High emotional intelligence and ability to build strong relationships throughout the organization.
Able to achieve buy-in at executive & all levels and influence without authority.
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
