We are looking for a Product Manager for Indeed’s Candidate Management product for SMBs. These tools help millions of SMB employers worldwide manage applicants, stay organized, communicate, and conduct interviews with qualified candidates quickly and easily.

As a product manager, you will define goals and outcomes (OKRs), write requirements, and lead an Agile team to ship, test and iterate on features to deliver significant business impact. You will be in constant contact with your team, and operate as a central, important “hub” of coordination and communication for designers, engineers, architects, marketers, other product managers, and executives.

Responsibilities:
Build and evangelize the quarterly product roadmap for the Candidate Tracking team based on input from your team, leaders and stakeholders.
Provide product leadership for an Agile scrum team of engineers, designers, and QA and contribute to core ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Backlog Refinement (Grooming), and Retrospectives.
Be the point person, expert and #1 advocate for your product – respond enthusiastically to Slack and email questions, reach out proactively to partners and stakeholders, and do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful.
Work with engineers and designers to define product requirements, write user stories, and translate them into epics and tickets.
Collaborate with other teams across the organization who wish to understand our product and integrate or connect their own tests and experiences.
Design, run and report on A/B tests.

Requirements:
2+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in designing, shipping and measuring outcomes for customer-facing features and products.
A/B testing experience and skills in data analysis, as well as making decisions and discovering insights from data.
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative and productive partnerships with designers and engineers.
Experience incorporating qualitative research and user feedback into decision making.
Strong understanding of web development technology and Agile software development processes.
Clear, effective and responsive (fast) communicator both verbally and in writing.
Experience working across multiple teams and a large set of stakeholders.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
