Business Analysts work together with Project and Product Managers on projects in the Indeed Hire organization to understand hiring processes, create efficiencies, support large-scale team initiatives, create test scripts and acceptance criteria, and drive team success. We bring key cross-functional stakeholders together to improve our products and processes.
How You Work:
As a Business Analyst Manager, you will work with a team of Indeed recruiters that work with enterprise clients to understand, document, and improve hiring processes. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring processes and collaborate with Project and Product Managers to optimize processes and/or automate time-intensive, low-value tasks.
Responsibilities:
In this blended role, engage both as an individual contributor on project/ program work as well as manage others.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities by analyzing/documenting current business processes and requirements, then identify gaps to an improved future state.
Collaborate with internal customers to understand their requirements & guide them on best practices to launch a new product or new process
Manage, coordinate and prioritize the schedules, projects, and activities of direct reports
Manage and execute the performance management process, including mentoring & creation of career development plans of direct reports
Perform data analysis on existing work within operations to measure and report on quality and productivity of workflows.
Proactively examine the change impact of process adjustments on people, strategy, systems and general business operations to determine priority of needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Validate and explain trends and results compared to outlined success metrics.
Develop cross-functional relationships based on trust and respect
Who You Are
7 or more years of experience in business analysis of processes, metrics, workflows, and operations.
At least 1-2 years of people management experience.
Experience working in hiring processes or related projects
Core competencies in the creation of business cases, analyzing data, and communicating impact.
The ability to use independent judgment in identifying the root cause of problems, and developing solutions to a variety of problems of moderate to large scope and complexity.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to accurately and succinctly document and report to a variety of audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and guide team members, managers, customers, and other external parties.
Proficiency in manipulating data sets or equivalent and drawing insights from data.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
