The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of a special event or hospitality related company. They will be responsible for maintaining the Imprint standard of work as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to both account management and operations employees
- Support the finance department with enforcement of policies for the business
- Recruit and train new hires on business practices
- Drive and coach the development of employees
- Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team
- Strategic planning and forecasting
- 4-6 years relevant work experience related to Hospitality Industry, DMC, Meeting Management, Event Management or Experiential Agency
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or Marketing Preferred, but not required. Relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree
- Knowledge of business/lead lifecycle
- Strong business development and communications skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
