Job Description
The Operations Manager will manage all hands-on operational aspects of the company. Assists the CEO/President in the successful growth of the Company. Provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure the Company has the proper operational controls, administrative, reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Providing day-to-day leadership and management reflecting the core values of the Company.
Develop and manage strategic initiatives to foster growth
Develop systems and procedures in support of the development of strategic initiatives.
Strategize, develop, implement, and manage various areas of the operations department related to financial performance, infrastructure, staff management and leadership, quality control, compliance, and project management.
Review, analyze and prepare various reports including but not limited to financial data and performance, sales reports, KPIs, and activity reports related to the operating conditions of the company.
Collaborating with Management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the company.
Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with the executive team
Perform and/or support personnel functions such as selection, training, or evaluation.
Strategize and develop the Operations Department operations staff and ensure proper delegation of duties.
Leadership and mentoring of new and existing internal staff
Monitor productivity and seek process improvements – improve operational systems, processes and develop best practices
Conduct annual performance evaluations for operations staff.
Coordinate necessary disciplinary action, including termination of employment where applicable.
Develop and implement new opportunities to cross-sell services.
Serve as a liaison between other technical staff, management, users, and vendors regarding service requests, usage, standards, security, and other technical matters.
Responsible for Regional Managers, Residential, and Operations teams.
