The primary function of this position will be to manage the Product segment of our Gaming unit. This position reports to the Director of FP&A, North America Gaming. This position is currently a hybrid position with time split between office (Reno, NV) and remote, subject to change as the needs of the company dictate. Responsibilities: + Reporting: Analysis of actual results with the ability to interface with the highest levels of executive management and effectively communicate dynamics impacting the financial results. Investigate and resolve variances in actuals results working in conjunction with multiple business partners. Assist in preparation of consolidated financial packages and other deliverables including reviews for segment CEO and CFO as well as Corporate and Global Leadership. This position is expected to manage impromptu requests from all levels of financial leadership. Assist in preparing presentations, charts, and graphs for reporting packages. + Forecast: Participate in forecasting process throughout the year and in the annual long-range planning activities. Collaborating with business partners including, but not limited to Sales Operations, Accounting, and Product Management to ensure the financial forecast is in alignment with the business partners expectations. + Self-Manage: Working with the Director and Senior Director to identify risks and opportunities to the forecast. Design, build, and automate reporting capabilities in BPC. Consolidation of various internal and external KPI’s. Build collaborative relationships with cross functional teams to influence change that leads to tighter control of financial activities and improve reporting abilities. Effectively manage complex financial planning calendar to meet deadlines. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications + At least 3 years of progressive Financial Analysis and analytical/reporting experience. + Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field. + Working knowledge of GAAP principles. + Critical thinking skills, proven ability to solve complex problems. + Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite of products, especially Excel. + Strong communication skills. + Knowledge of financial planning systems and understanding of driver-based forecasting. + SAP/BPC experience a plus. + Experience with leading change efforts. The estimated starting compensation range is $71,900 – $165,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
