$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available
Eligibility in 2 installments: $2,500 at 90 days of employment/$2,500 at 180 days of employment
Starting Pay Rate: $40 – $45/hour

Job Duties:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing quality care to the residents. Delivers direct care by taking vitals, administering medication, and reporting directly to the RN or Doctor on resident status. Always maintains patient comfort and safety.
