Role Overview (Objective & Scope)
Icreon is seeking a Client Service Manager, to ensure that they receive exceptional service whilst the business’s goals are supported. We are passionate and committed to making a difference through every interaction, making being part of ICREON a positive experience.
You will work directly with clients and internal teams to provide a positive experience and will collaborate with the wider sales team in supporting new business opportunities.
As a people person you will be willing to engage, discuss and collaborate with both clients and internal teams to ensure account and project success. Responsibilities will include management of key stakeholders within client organizations both virtually and in person and to ensure the retention and growth of the client.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Deliver operational excellence through building strong internal and external working relationships
· Develop new business presentations to new stakeholders
· Spot / nurture and bring to the attend of the Account director of any potential opportunities
· To act as a point of contact and escalation internally and externally for client work
· Establish communication governance with client
· Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
· Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols
· Be able to help resolve disputes in a professional manner
· Keep records and documentation of client interactions
· Create monthly / quarterly / annually reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
· Interrogate and analyse project data to bring key insights and value to clients
· Be able to identify existing client risk and work with the internal teams to mitigate
Skill Set + Experience Required:
Must have
· Experience: 1 to 5 years
. Excellent communication skills
· Ability to anticipate the needs of customers
· A people person with strong analytical thinking skills
· Reliable and Self motivated
· Be able to keep people engaged
· Be able to Plan and be extremely organized

Annual CTC: 75 to 100K USD
