About the Role
i4DM is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Configuration and Administration specialist to join our fast-growing IT-project based consulting business – specifically our booming team at the Department of Veterans Affairs. We’re looking for team members with strong consulting skills and hands-on experience creating and configuring solutions within the Dynamics 365 cloud based platform. We’re looking for team members who bring experience with designing, configuring, and deploying Dynamics OOB low-code / No-code solutions. The Dynamics 365 Configuration/Administration Specialist will collaborate with a mix of technical experts and architects, business/product owners, business analysts, technical writers, testers, and scrum masters in an Agile-Scrum environment. Our developer will need to bring analytical thinking to the role and be able to translate use cases into functional solutions within the platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of a scrum team, work with members of the business to properly define use cases.
Develop MS Dynamics 365 cloud solutions based on business requirements.
Implement and maintain access controls in CRM based on roles and access conditions.
Create Custom Entities, Custom attributes for individual business units, in MS Dynamics according to their business process.
Configure and customize CRM using web-based administration tools (form layout, workflow design, Web Resource, Iframe and view creation, etc.)
Create Custom Workflow, Custom Actions, Business process flow, and Custom Forms with CRM.
Integrate complex custom applications (plug-ins) with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Monitor System performance and troubleshoot issues in an expedited manner
Participate in the DevOps, Agile-Scrum process by assisting with use case development, estimating, and completion of assigned stories.
Work as part of a team to ensure the scope of the sprint is complete.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
An excellent candidate will have proven and demonstrated experience with the following:
Minimum three (3) years of experience in administering, configuring, developing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics platform solutions.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics Platform specifically low-code/ no-code OOB functionality
Knowledge of performance monitoring and troubleshooting
Experience with DevOps, Agile-Scrum

Ability to communicate effectively with customers verbally and in writing.

Ability to obtain a Tier II Public Trust Security Clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Dynamics Portals/ADX Studio is a plus
Experience with healthcare-related Dynamics 365 solution development is a plus
Experience with ASP.NET, MVC 4.0, C#, Java script, jQuery, Bootstrap, ADO.NET and AJAX is a plus
Experience with T-SQL is a plus
