~ Genesis is a new ambitious and innovative luxury car brand uniquely positioned at the intersection of Design, Technology and Hospitality. We are looking for an equally ambitious and multi-faceted Manager, Retailer Marketing who will help transform Genesis retailer online presence into dynamic digital storefronts that provide an intuitive and elevated retail experience for our guests. In this role, he/she will lead strategic partners and act as the subject matter expert for Genesis retailers and Genesis field personnel.Major Responsibilities
~ Manage and evolve Genesis retailer website and social strategy, and digital retailing processes in support of the Genesis brand pillar of Hospitality.
~ Provide direction for and manage Genesis retailer website, social media, and digital retailing partners, ensuring brand compliance and cross-channel synchronization.
~ Monitor and report on program/partner performance and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure objectives are met. Guide online portal and dashboard enhancements to provide relevant reporting.
~ Maintain relationships with key technology partners to continually evolve website and digital retail offerings and act on innovation opportunities.
~ In collaboration with Genesis Brand Marketing, coordinate development and distribution of all retailer advertising materials and updates.
~ Act as the subject matter expert and primary contact for retailer websites and digital retailing. Train Genesis field and retailer staff on process and functionality improvements.
~ Perform administrative tasks including coordinating contracts, estimates, billing, and budgets.
~ Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.Major Responsibilities (continued)Authority

~At least six years of experience with five years of Marketing / Advertising experience
~At least two years of experience within automotive industry desired.
~Experience working with dealers or franchisees within a distribution network.
~Luxury experience preferred but not required.Skills/Knowledge
~ Ability to problem solve, make recommendations, and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit within a team.
~ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced and multi-cultural environment.
~ Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with both HQ and field team members.
~Diplomatic and collaborative attitude, able to motivate partners to meet and exceed business expectations.
~Ability to create and present management facing presentations and other materials.
